What is the green area to the west of Cajon Pass on the 15?

I have often driven up and down the 15 and see a lot of greenery and trees off to the west of the fwy near the Cajon Pass area that looks like it might be some sort of campground, but not sure. It looks beautiful, at least from the freeway.

Does anyone know if that area has a campground, or is it private land?

Thank you for any info!

I believe part of it is national forest land, and part are private land. I don't think there's any campgrounds there other than the Lytle Creek area.
