Camping at Big Sur?

Any tips on when to camp in the area? We usually go during the off season to avoid the crowd. How's the weather during the Oct month here? I found a site, http://www.bigsurcamp.com, that's about 1 mile north of Pfeiffer State Park.

It is a very beautiful place, it is also quiet. Therefore, I think it will be suitable for persons that don't like crowds and want to avoid loud noise. You can do what you want there without other's disturbtions. You made a good choice to go there
